I hate cakes, ice cream, cola, macdonalds, fast food, butter, ketchup, frozen pizza, bread.
I NEVER buy candy, chips etc my self, and I live alone.. And I’m almost never with friends.
I don’t eat red meat or white meat except for fish. (pescoterian)
I try to keep away from pasta, potatoes, oil, rice, fried fish, chips etc.
This is just what I’ve done since 2009, and it doesn’t work - I could eat very unhealthy and more and still look the same. So sick of it!

- 2 whole Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/3 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
- 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Almonds
380 Calories. Great for a breakfast or lunch meal
